Ah, ClamAV a classic. It's an open-source antivirus engine for detecting trojans, viruses, malware, and other malicious threats. And guess what? I was privileged to contribute significantly to the development of this powerful platform. Written primarily in C++, it was a fabulous opportunity for me to flex my skills and contribute to software that's actively making the digital world safer. Part of my role was to implement new features and carry out regular upgrades, ensuring that ClamAV stayed ahead of the curve in malware detection. What I appreciated the most, though, was seeing the real-world impact of my work - there's just something gratifying about creating a safer online environment for users around the globe.
